SERVICE 02 OF 08

Corporate Services

Incorporation, licensing, acquisitions, and residency procedures.

Scope of service

The corporate division prepares all constitutive documents and follows procedures before the General Authority for Investment, the commercial register and the tax authority, until the client receives the commercial register and tax card and can commence activity.

The division also covers acquisitions and changes of legal form, drafting shareholder agreements and governance policies, and residency procedures for foreign investors and staff.

  • Licensing — industrial, commercial and professional licences, and operating permits.
  • Acquisitions and change of legal form — due diligence, liability assessment, and drafting assignment agreements.
